There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 286 was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Chenault was noted. The question being: "Shall HB 286 pass the House?" Representative Dahlstrom later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HB 286, and reconsideration was taken up then.
